Eremophila inflata

About this plant

Commonly known as the “Swollen flowered Eremophila” and previously known as Calamphoreus inflatus. With slender branches and slim leaves, this small shrub grows to 1m high with beautiful pendulous purple flowers during November and December. Found in the Coolgardie region east of Perth, it prefers well drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prune lightly to maintain a denser habit and promote flowering. Classified as Priority 4 making it Rare or Near Threatened.
