Boronia megastigma

About this plant

Commonly called the Brown Boronia, this shrub grows to less than 1m with small leaves and small cup shaped brown flowers with striking yellow inside. Pendant in nature, the flowers are wonderfully fragrant and are often used in essential oils. Prefers moist well drained soil and dappled shade to mimic its natural environment in winter wet area of the South-West Karri and Jarrah forests.
